PROPLEGAL LLP provides property verification, title investigation, due diligence, and property consultancy services. We are a consultancy firm acting in an advisory capacity. We do not act as financial lenders, judicial authorities, or government registrars.

3. Client Obligations

To enable us to perform our services effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information and property documents as requested.
  • Ensure that you have the legal right or authorization to submit the property documents to us for verification.
  • Cooperate with our legal experts and provide timely responses during the verification process.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we apply rigorous legal scrutiny and due diligence methodologies:

  • Our reports are based on the documents provided and records available at government sub-registrar/revenue offices at the time of investigation.
  • We are not liable for forged documents that bypass standard governmental and technical scrutiny or undisclosed litigations in unsearchable courts.
  • The final decision to purchase, sell, or invest in a property remains solely with the client. PROPLEGAL LLP shall not be held liable for any financial losses or subsequent property disputes arising after the transaction.

5. Payment Terms and Fees

All fees for our services are outlined in our initial consultation and must be paid as per the agreed schedule. Fees paid for document scrutiny and title investigations are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the verification outcome (i.e., whether the property is approved or rejected by our legal team).

6. Intellectual Property

The content, layout, design, data, databases and graphics on this website are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws and are owned by PROPLEGAL LLP. Unless expressly permitted in writing, you shall not copy, modify, distribute or reproduce any content from our platform.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

8. Amendments

PROPLEGAL LLP reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be available on this page, and your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the amended terms.
